do your prices include vat?

No, all the prices on the website are shown exclusive of VAT which is payable at the current standard rate of 20%.

how do i pay?

Simply fill in a Booking Form (no payment is taken at this stage). Once you have made your selection, your booking request will go through to our light up letter hire team who will check availability and confirm your exact charge.  We kindly request a 25% deposit via bank transfer at the time of booking, with the remaining balance payable six weeks before the event. 

do i need to pay a deposit?

Due to the popularity of the fairground style lights, we do require a booking deposit to secure them for your date. We ask for a 25% non-refundable deposit to be paid when you book your metal letter lights with us. Unlike other companies, we DO NOT ask for a security deposit.
